Several references to Harry Potter can be found west of the Vidlakski pond. On one of the trees resembling the Whomping Willow, a skeleton is stuck on a broomstick. In its mouth is a round object resembling a snitch, and atop the tree, you can find a cart—a clear nod to Ron Weasley’s car stuck in the branches during the movies.
Hut on Chicken Legs
A nod to the character from Slavic folklore, the Hut of Baba Yaga is located south of Nebakov Castle. As with the UFO, Baba Yaga’s hut is positioned off the map, making it impossible to approach, but you can gaze upon it from a distance.
The Lord of the Rings
Near Troskovice, there is a small round door to a burrow located under one of the trees. This is a clear reference to the Shire, where hobbits live in The Lord of the Rings.
Bonfire from Dark Souls
The developers of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 clearly love From Software games, as they’ve included a bonfire from the Dark Souls series, with a sword sticking out of the flames. You can find this Easter egg at a graveyard northeast of Kutna Hora, alongside a saving schnapps.

Dead Vampire
In the tunnels of Kutna Hora, you may come across a coffin containing a body with a stake driven through its heart, surrounded by dozens of heads of garlic.
